The theming of this board game is spot on. Just as in the movie by the same name, you and your friends have to relive the same day over and over again while trying to make the day as perfect as possible.This is a card game. Let me first comment on the quality of the components. The artwork is ok but I think that it could have been better. The coloring of everything is bland and woody, but I believe that was what they were aiming for. The cards are a little smaller than standard size. Makes sense considering that you are going to have a LOT of them on the table at the same time. The funko pop figure is awesome although it is not used in the game play. It's just a way to introduce an exclusive figure. The card quality is severely lacking. At least when new, the cards tend to stick together and are made of a cheap card stock material. I'm hoping that with repeated plays, they get a little more flexible and easier to manage. The timer is standard, low quality but really shouldn't be used due to the fact that an app with a hilarious polka soundtrack is available. It is the app that makes this game fun. More on that later.This is a cooperative game and it is a challenge! If you have ever played a card game called "The Mind", there is some similarity although this game truly hits the mark when it comes to the main theme: Groundhog Day. Each round is a frantic one minute in which no one can communicate with anyone else. The app's Polka music which by the way is reminiscent of the annual holiday in Pennsylvania, doesn't fail in bringing smiles to everyone's faces.This is a nice, light way to kill about 20 minutes or so with a bunch of friends and while I did not play with 6 people, I would suspect that it gets to be more fun with the max number of players. I am an avid gamer and I have to say that initially, the simple rules left me slightly perplexed. But, I quickly saw how the game played and after that, it was a no brainer. The rulebook could have been a little more explicit.The game has a very small footprint and is easily transported. I am eager to play this again - probably a number of times, so that I can experience a winning scenario!The object arrive in perfect condition and very quickly to Italy... I'm very happy of it! Perfect Funko bundle for a Groundhog day fan! The game is very easy to learn and funny to play! Recommended!I got this mainly as a fan of the movie — I didn’t expect it to be so fun! Strategizing before the silent rounds is key — and don’t forget to look at one another during the rounds. Silent communication is allowed!Nice themed game. Cooperatively played.Played on two different occasions thus far. Intended to just play one or two games each time and wound up playing four! A great collaborative game. It’s difficult to win, but such fun to play, even if you don’t create the perfect day.The flocked groundhog is really cute and ads an interesting visual element to the table. If you're on a tight budget, go with the game without the Pop! figure, but if you want more visual appeal to the game or want to generate more excitement with potential players, the fuzzy little critter is worth it.Maybe I am not reading into this well enough, but stoked to find Phil is flocked! Also, fun game!Well worth the purchase for the collectible alone but gameplay is fun as well.Best groundhog, best POP!, best game ever!!!The packaging is really nice; I almost don’t want to open it. Purtroppo la app optional del gioco non è scaricabile in Italia ma si può usare alternativamente la clessidra.Me ha gustado muchísimo, incluso si no has visto la película resulta muy divertido (el cual era mi caso). Habiéndola visto se hacen más graciosas las diferencias. Lo recomiendo mucho.Es un increíble juego que se destaca por ser nosotros vs el juego mismo. En las cartas del juego podemos ver pequeñas referencias a grandes escenas de la película de la cual se trata el juego. El Funko está muy bonito.Un juego con material muy bueno, con un objetivo sencillo, pero difícil de dominar.Tensión y risas no faltarán, y siempre querrán jugar otra vez para ganar y tener el día perfecto. Muy bueno.
